2. The owner of the copyrights reserves, within the meaning of Article 25(1)(1) of the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights, that further dissemination of materials published on the gpph-group.com website without written consent is prohibited.
3. It is forbidden to copy and distribute photographs, graphics, texts, layouts etc. on the website without permission under penalty of law. 
4. You may not post material or any part thereof originating from gpph-group.com on any website or server. 
5. Infringement of the prohibitions described in points 3 and 4 above, including the unlawful use of GPPH's product visuals and images, will result in GPPH taking all legal action to protect its rights, including claiming damages of €100,000 for each day of infringement (unlawful use).
